In 1995 Carol discovered that she was adopted. She realized this was the key that had been missing to unlock years of feeling rejected. Carol dug around for the truth; in doing so, family secrets were revealed. She found her biological father, sister, and brother. Since then, she has experienced deep healing and restoration. Carol has a heart to help set other women free from barriers that hold them back.

Currently, Carol leads a Women’s group where she encourages women through fellowship, teaching, and prayer. She publishes a newsletter every month that encourages women to pursue their purpose. Her goals are to expand her ministry to reach many more ladies with the message that all ladies have value and a God given purpose and destiny. Her desire is to see women of any age refreshed in their vision to fulfill their life purpose and be released in the gifts God has given them to accomplish their goals.
Carol is currently writing a book about her journey from rejection to restoration.
She has written a number of inspirational fiction stories that leave the reader with an important message.
Carol has been married to Waymon Bullard for thirty three years. They have two grown children and three granddaughters. Waymon is a general contractor. Her son, Noah is married to Anna and lives in
Since Ava, (my middle granddaughter) was diagnosed with autism; Anna has been working zealously to begin an autism support group in her area.
My daughter, Anna, (yes, we have two Anna Bullards!) is single and works uptown
Carol enjoys cooking, especially with vegetables she grows from her garden. She also enjoys shopping in thrift stores hunting for treasures! She loves spending time with her family and her three precious granddaughters.
